At The Fashion House Miami, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why every item is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

However, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective or Damaged Products

If, upon receiving your order, you notice that the item:

  • Arrived damaged,

  • Has a manufacturing defect, or

  • You received the wrong product,

you must contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving your order.
